Spinach and Cheese Manicotti $19- Three cheeses and spinach stuffed pasta covered in marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. Kinda fancy and pretty to serve.
Chicken and Sweet Potato Burritos $17- Six generous portions of shredded chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, black beans and cheese wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Easy to take for lunch and re-heat in the microwave!
Hawaiian Fried Rice $16- Rice with vegetables and ham and the extra-special addition of pineapple. My favorite thing about this meal is that it goes from freezer to table in about 15 minutes.
Brown Sugar Meatloaf and Twice Baked Potatoes $19- This freezer meal is hearty and comforting. The meatloaf comes frozen and ready to bake in your oven. (Its much more tender not pre-baked... Learned this from experience!) and the potatoes can be stuck in the oven while the meatloaf is finishing up.
Breakfast Sandwiches $15- Eggs, cheese and bacon in an English muffin. These can be re-heated in the microwave or conventional oven for a quick breakfast or paired with fruit for a yummy breakfast-for-dinner.
