Hi. I’m Kendra Johnson. Eating together is important to my family, but is sometimes difficult because of the busy lives we lead . Freezer meals have allowed us to enjoy eating delicious home-cooked food without the hours of daily preparation and without the mountains of dishes that come with it.
I would like to invite you to enjoy these same benefits by purchasing ready made freezer meals from me!
Every other week, I will be taking orders for Freezer Meals. Prices will range from $15-20 and will feed a family of six. There will be a blog post listing what is available, when the orders are due, and when the meals will be ready for pickup.

Feel free to e-mail me with any questions at johnson.kendra11@gmail.com

Last Round Before Maternity Leave! Orders Due Friday 9/30 OR when all 40 slots are full!

********ORDERS CLOSED!  THANK YOU EVERYONE**************

Hello all! This week's list will be the last one until December (Baby is coming so soon!  Yay!), so get your order in quickly before all the slots fill up!

1. Spinach and Cheese Manicotti $19-  Three cheeses and spinach stuffed pasta covered in marinara sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese. Kinda fancy and pretty to serve.

2. Chicken and Sweet Potato Burritos $17- Six generous portions of shredded chicken, roasted sweet potatoes, black beans and cheese wrapped up in a flour tortilla.  Easy to take for lunch and re-heat in the microwave!

3. Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole $18- All the classic flavors of chicken, ham and Swiss cheese paired with rice and creamy sauce.

4. Brown Sugar Meatloaf and Twice Baked Potatoes $19-  This freezer meal is hearty and comforting.  The meatloaf comes frozen and ready to bake in your oven. (Its much more tender not pre-baked... Learned this from experience!) and the potatoes can be stuck in the oven while the meatloaf is finishing up.

5. White Chicken Chili $16- Yay! It's fall!  If I was the only one eating at my house, this list would be full of soup.  Because there is something right and good an moral about soup in the fall.  This is a delicious Southwestern chicken and white bean soup.  It's not spicy.  If you like spicy, add a couple shakes of tobasco to your bowl.  Add your own sour cream, cheese and chips.

Pickup will be 10/7 from 2-5 (NOTICE THE DIFFERENT TIME!! I've got a commitment at 5:30 so I've got to buzz a bit early.)  Also, unless there is an emergency, please make sure you or someone you love is there to pick up your meals! It's getting hard to accommodate everyone's varied schedules and I gotta pay those grocery bills I racked up!
