Freezer Meals list, Orders due Sunday, June 29 by 6:00 pm

Here's what's available this round:

1. Chicken Pillows $24:  A homemade roll with a creamy chicken and cheese filling and topped with gravy.  I only do these about once a year because they take sooooo long to make.

2.  Bacon Cheddar Stuffed Burgers $20: Seasoned ground beef filled with cheese and bacon.  Ready to cook on the grill or in your frying pan.  Add your own buns and condiments.

3. Cheap Korean Beef and Rice $19 -I thought about renaming this something more creative, but I decided not to because hey, why not call a spade a spade.  This meal is ground beef seasoned with ginger, garlic, brown sugar and soy sauce.  And it's good! 

4. Sweet Pork Burritos $24: Tender sweet pork, re-fried beans, cilantro-lime rice and cheese wrapped up in a flour tortilla and individually frozen.  Comes with 6 big burritos. These can easily be taken to work and re-heated in a microwave. 

5. Million Dollar Spaghetti $19- A hearty and rich comfort food. Pasta, marinara sauce, ground beef and cheese are layered and baked in a delicious casserole.  It's .
better than just plain spaghetti, hence the Million Dollars.  It doesn't cost a million dollars

6. Coconut Chicken Fingers $19:  3 pounds of chicken crusted with a panko and coconut breading.  I recommend serving them with either a nice sweet and sour sauce or a sweet chili sauce.  Like chicken nuggets, but for grown-ups too.  These turn out really well in an air-fryer. They also can be oven-baked.

7. Mixed Berry Icebox cake $12: A creamy, berry-filled, layered dessert topped with real whipped cream and served frozen. 


All meals serve six.  Pickup will be Friday (Thursday is Independance day) July 5 from 5-8.  Payment is due at pickup.  Venmo is preferred.  Contact me with questions or to place and order!

Here's what's available this round :

1.Tuscan Pasta $20:Bow tie pasta with tender chicken chunks and sun-dried tomatoes covered in a creamy sauce. Comes frozen in a pan for you to reheat in your oven (and throw the pan away after, thus eliminating any dish washing responsibilities.)

2. Cilantro-Lime Chicken Tacos $20: What makes this meal special is the cilantro-lime pesto.  It's savory and flavorful (and delicious) but not spicy at all (if you have any left over, try mixing it with sour cream for a crazy good dip.)  This meal includes enough seasoned shredded chicken, corn tortillas, cheese and cilantro-lime pesto for 12 tacos.  

3.Steak Kabobs $24: Savory chunks of marinated meat threaded on bamboo skewers paired with separate skewers of veggies.  These go straight from freezer to grill. 

4.Bagel Pizzas $23: Comes with 24 mini pizzas made with cheese, sauce and pepperoni on top of mini bagels.  Perfect to pop in the oven and quickly feed the hungry minions.

5.  French Dip $23: Tender roast beef and cheese sandwiches served on
French Rolls.  Sandwiches are individually wrapped in tinfoil to be heated
in the oven before serving with the delicious homemade au jus.  Probably
my most popular meal.

6. Breakfast Burritos $17- Scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage and hash browns all wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Easy to re-heat and take on the run.

7.  Peanut Butter Pie $13- A chocolate cookie crust filled with rich peanut butter mousse and topped with chocolate ganache.  Can be served semifreddo (half frozen) or thawed but cold.  It's really, really good.  

All meals serve 6.  Orders due Tuesday the 18th by 9:00 AM.  Payment is due day of pickup.  Pickup will be Thursday the 20th from 5-8 or by arrangement (I know it's summer and if you need to pickup meals at a different time, let me know!) Contact me to order!
