Hi. I’m Kendra Johnson. Eating together is important to my family, but is sometimes difficult because of the busy lives we lead . Freezer meals have allowed us to enjoy eating delicious home-cooked food without the hours of daily preparation and without the mountains of dishes that come with it.
I would like to invite you to enjoy these same benefits by purchasing ready made freezer meals from me!
Every other week, I will be taking orders for Freezer Meals. Prices will range from $15-20 and will feed a family of six. There will be a blog post listing what is available, when the orders are due, and when the meals will be ready for pickup.

Ordering Open for Freezer Meals

I'll start taking orders any time BUT  I will have to stop taking them once I get to 100 meals.   I don't think there is any way I can do more than that!  The last day to order is  Monday the 7th of November and payment is due at that time. I won't be making any deliveries, it's too hard to keep everything frozen. Pick up will be Friday the 11th between 4-7 pm.

1. Baked Manicotti-----------------------------------$15
    Homemade cheese stuffed manicotti with savory Italian sausage.  Comes frozen and ready to pop in your oven to cook.

2. Cilantro Lime Chicken Tacos-----------------------$15
     Tangy marinated Shredded Chicken, corn tortillas and shredded cheese

3. Beef Taco Bake -----------------------------------$15
    A saucy taco-seasoned ground beef  and black bean casserole and cornbread topping.

4. White Cheddar Chicken Pasta----------------------$15
    Mac and Cheese that will please the kiddos without the yellow death factor.

5. Meatballs Alisha----------------------------------$15
    Thanksgiving-inspired Meatballs made from sausage, stuffing and cranberry sauce.  Recipe from my good friend Alisha.

6. Ham and Pineapple Fried Rice---------------------$12
    Fried Rice is yummy and kid friendly, and the addition of Pineapple makes this dish especially good. As an added bonus, it comes from freezer to table in about 15 minutes.

7. Sloppy Joes---------------------------------------$12
    Deliciously seasoned saucy ground beef to top whatever bun you choose.  It would also be yummy on a baked potato.

8. Shepherds Pie-------------------------------------$12
    This classic casserole is layered with saucy ground beef, mashed potatoes, green beans, and Cheese.

9. Braided Calzone-----------------------------------$12
    Pretty to look at and fun to eat, this braided loaf is filled with cheese, sauce and pepperoni.

10. Corn Chowder & Corn Bread-----------------------$12
    I promised my daughter I would add this hearty fall soup this time.  Served with an 8x8 pan of cornbread.

11. Sausage and Egg Muffins------------------------$10
    Eggs, cheese, sausage and potatoes baked in a muffin tin.  Reminds me of a breakfast casserole in an individual serving.
