Hi. I’m Kendra Johnson. Eating together is important to my family, but is sometimes difficult because of the busy lives we lead . Freezer meals have allowed us to enjoy eating delicious home-cooked food without the hours of daily preparation and without the mountains of dishes that come with it.
I would like to invite you to enjoy these same benefits by purchasing ready made freezer meals from me!
Every other week, I will be taking orders for Freezer Meals. Prices will range from $15-20 and will feed a family of six. There will be a blog post listing what is available, when the orders are due, and when the meals will be ready for pickup.

Feel free to e-mail me with any questions at johnson.kendra11@gmail.com

New list! Orders due Friday, April 12

Here's what's available this round:

1. Thai Peanut Chicken Lo Mein $20- Noodles, chicken and veggies stir fried in a flavorful sauce.  Its easy to put on the table and tastes great!

2. Sweet Pork Burritos $24: Tender sweet pork, re-fried beans, cilantro-lime rice and cheese wrapped up in a flour tortilla and individually frozen.  Comes with 6 big burritos. These can easily be taken to work and re-heated in a microwave.

3. Tater-Tot Casserole $21- Seasoned ground beef with a creamy sauce topped with crunchy tater tots and cheese.  I feel like I should add a Napoleon Dynamite joke here but I can't think of one.  It's yummy.

4. Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas $20- Tender Shredded Chicken marinated in honey-lime chili sauce rolled in tortillas, covered with creamy green chili sauce and topped with cheese.  I gotta admit I was pretty skeptical when I first tried this recipe but it knocked me outta the park.

5. Million Dollar Spaghetti $19- A hearty and rich comfort food. Pasta, marinara sauce, ground beef and cheese are layered and baked in a delicious casserole.  It's .
better than just plain spaghetti, hence the Million Dollars.  It doesn't cost a million dollars

6.  Chicken & Bacon Melts $18-  Shredded chicken, bacon and cheese on a garlic-ciabatta bun. Six individually wrapped sandwiches to heat up toasty-warm in your oven.  This is a great meal when you've got 20 minutes to get dinner on the table.

All meals serve six.  Orders are due Friday, April 12 at 9:00 pm.  Contact me with any questions or to place an order.  Pickup is WEDNESDAY (not the usual day) the 17th of April. Payment is due that day as well.
