Hi. I’m Kendra Johnson. Eating together is important to my family, but is sometimes difficult because of the busy lives we lead . Freezer meals have allowed us to enjoy eating delicious home-cooked food without the hours of daily preparation and without the mountains of dishes that come with it.
I would like to invite you to enjoy these same benefits by purchasing ready made freezer meals from me!
Every other week, I will be taking orders for Freezer Meals. Prices will range from $15-20 and will feed a family of six. There will be a blog post listing what is available, when the orders are due, and when the meals will be ready for pickup.

Feel free to e-mail me with any questions at johnson.kendra11@gmail.com

New List! Orders Due Sunday 7/14 at 7:00 pm

Here's what is available this round:

1. Meatloaf Muffins and Twice Baked Potatoes $22-  Same recipe as always but this time, it comes baked in individual portions.  This freezer meal is hearty and comforting.  Reheat the potatoes and the meatloaf easily and at the same time.  Pull a few out or make them all.

2. Dr. Pepper pulled Pork $20-  Barbecue sauce and shredded pork so tender and juicy it will melt in your mouth.  Put it in a hard roll, on a bun with some deli coleslaw, on top of a salad or in a wrap, you can't go wrong.

3. Steak Fajitas $23- Delicious strips of steak marinated in a savory homemade seasoning with sliced peppers and onions ready to fry up fresh.  Comes with the appropriate fajita-sized tortillas because that actually does matter. Can be served  with sour cream, avocado, pico and fresh lime wedges or whatever fresh toppings your family chooses.

4.  Lemon Pesto Pasta $21-    Rotini pasta with Chicken and Artichokes in a creamy lemon-pesto sauce and topped with Parmesan cheese. A delicious and company-worthy meal.

5. Creamy Chicken Taquitos, $22: Easy to prepare and delicious, these creamy
chicken-filled flour tortillas will please everyone at your table. Delicious served with
ranch dressing with lime juice and cilantro mixed in.

6.  Sausage and Egg cups $15- This meal comes with 12 cups made with egg, sausage, cream cheese and hash browns.  These re-heat quickly for breakfast on the go.

7. Earthquake Cake  $14 or $8 for a half pan-  I think this dessert got its name by what it looks like when it comes out of the oven.  However weird the name, its delicious.  Chocolate cake with pecans, coconut and chocolate chips and cream cheese swirls.  A full pan will feed at least a dozen people.

8. Huli Huli Chicken $18- I had to add one more just to celebrate vacation season.  Huli-Huli chicken is a Hawaiian dish.  You'll get  chicken thighs marinated in a sweet and savory sauce ready to grill up on your own backyard grill.  It would be delicious to grill fresh pineapple on the side (not included because I'm just not sure how frozen pineapple grills)

Pickup will be back to the usual Thursday 7/18 from 5-8 pm or by arrangement.  Payment is due at pickup and venmo is preferred. For questions or to place an order, comment on Facebook or message me!
