Hi. I’m Kendra Johnson. Eating together is important to my family, but is sometimes difficult because of the busy lives we lead . Freezer meals have allowed us to enjoy eating delicious home-cooked food without the hours of daily preparation and without the mountains of dishes that come with it.
I would like to invite you to enjoy these same benefits by purchasing ready made freezer meals from me!
Every other week, I will be taking orders for Freezer Meals. Prices will range from $15-20 and will feed a family of six. There will be a blog post listing what is available, when the orders are due, and when the meals will be ready for pickup.

Feel free to e-mail me with any questions at johnson.kendra11@gmail.com

We love to pair these sandwiches with chips and dip. You buy your own bag of ruffles or lays, but I will include my favorite ranch dip. It will stay fresh in the fridge for 2 weeks.
6. Slow cooker cilantro chicken  $16- This is a gallon freezer baggie already prepped and ready to throw in your crockpot. Just slow cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours. New Freezer meals list up! Orders due Saturday the 25th at 9:00 am

Hi! This will be the last bi-weekly round of freezer meals that I'm going to post for the school year HOWEVER, I will continue to do another round about once a month because my life (aka mom of kids who want to be involved in all the things) kindof depends on having dinner in the freezer or we forage.  I'm a big fan of cold cereal and all but there gets to be a point when one (meaning myself) starts to pile on the mom guilt.  These monthly rounds of freezer meals will probably be somewhat random because of said super-involved children, so if you would like me to shoot you a text when the list goes up, let me know! I'm happy to do so.  Ok.  On to what y'all are here for:

1. French Dip, $22: Tender roast beef and cheese sandwiches served on
French Rolls.  Sandwiches are individually wrapped in tinfoil to be heated
in the oven before serving with the delicious homemade au jus.  Probably
my most popular meal.

2. Creamy Cajun Pasta Bake, $19: This creamy baked pasta includes
delicious flavors traditionally included in Cajun cooking: smoked sausage, peppers,
onions and spices but without a lot of heat. It's a fun and different take on pasta.

3. Sour Cream Noodle Bake, $19: This classic recipe combines creamy noodles
with savory tomato-meat sauce and cheddar cheese. The simple flavors will please
even picky eaters. You'll be glad if you order this meal!

4. Creamy Chicken Taquitos, $20: Easy to prepare and delicious, these creamy
chicken-filled flour tortillas will please everyone at your table. Delicious served with
ranch dressing with lime juice and cilantro mixed in.

5. Pasta Fagiole $17:  This is a copycat recipe of the famous soup served at
Olive Garden.  It has Italian sausage, tomato-based broth, beans and
vegetables. Did I mention it's really, really good?

Pickup will be Thursday, August 30th from 5-8. Payment is due at pickup.
